taketime-pageheadRenew your body by relaxing muscles, releasing tension, reducing pain, increasing oxygen flow, eliminating toxins, and enlivening your spirit with massage.

Integrated Massage uses a variety of techniques, such as Swedish/Esalen, Deep Tissue, Ortho-Bionomy, Trager® Approach, and Aromatherapy. Each massage is tailored to your needs.

Warm Stone Massage: The healing power of warmed stones has been recognized by numerous cultures for centuries. The deep heat of stones penetrates and warms up the muscles, providing an immediate relaxation response allowing for deeper massage techniques to be used more quickly. Special smooth river stones are comfortably warmed and are used for both massage, and placement.

Energetic Healing takes a holistic approach that looks beyond the physical to manipulating the subtle energy systems which facilitates the healing process by clearing blocks in the energy fields, repairing and rebalancing the energy so that the body can move to its optimal level of balance and access inherent abilities to heal.

Essential Oils are subtle, volatile, aromatic liquids distilled from shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes and seeds. Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are mixed with carrier oils and balms, or can be used directly on the skin. Each of these oils provide the essence of its botanical source, gently distilled from plants that are nurtured and carefully harvested.

Flower Essences are herbal infusions made from the flowering part of the plant, which uniquely address emotional and mental aspects of wellness. Flower essences are energetic imprints of the life force of plants which interact with these subtle bodies of the human being, and evoke specific qualities within us. They work in a similar way to inspirational music or art, which carry meaning through the vehicle of sound or light, while the flower essences work through the medium of water. I use both the Bach Flower Remedies and the Flower Essence Society Remedies. Flower Essences are added to massage balm or footbaths during treatments. Specific blends are created in council with clients as a spray that can be used topically, under the tongue, or added to water.
